Serious communication failures regarding transfers!!! An expensive spa experience didn't live up to expectations!!!

The Horizon Water Villa offered breathtaking views and excellent quality buffet dining that exceeded expectations. The attentive and friendly staff, always ready to assist, made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the communication regarding the check-out process was confusing at times, leading to a slightly frustrating exit. Despite this minor setback, the overall atmosphere and amenities are highly recommended for any relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing 10-night stay in a Deluxe Beach Villa Pool, and the anniversary surprise was such a thoughtful touch! Relaxing by the family pool and enjoying the delicious steaks from the Italian restaurant were definitely highlights. The spa experience could've been better as the therapist didn't quite meet my expectations, but it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment. 🎉

My family and I had an unforgettable time at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi. The overwater villa was beautifully designed, and the attention to detail was impressive. sun siyam is pure paradise! the crystal clear waters and beautiful beach were perfect for snorkeling. our water villa was stunning with amazing attention to detail. the spa by thalgo offered the best massages, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay unforgettable.

The grilled seafood at Islander Grill is a must-try. it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth! Plus, the impeccable service from our butler made everything feel like a breeze. We also loved the stunning coral reef and the intimate vibe of the beach — pure paradise!

Sadly, the leaving process was less smooth than our arrival. Communication about our flight details was a bit lacking, and last-minute check-out schedules were a tad frustrating. Remember to book all-inclusive for ease, especially with reservations despite the beauty of the dining options!
